Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing may take longer during promotions, peak seasons, or when an order requires additional verification. We will contact you if a material delay is expected.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, the typical delivery time is 20–45 calendar days.

This is an estimated delivery period, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, customs, weather, remote-area routing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The shipping confirmation and carrier tracking information provide the most current delivery status.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take several business days to begin showing movement after the order has been dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

If tracking shows that a parcel is lost, or if the estimated delivery period has passed without delivery, please contact demois30000@outlook.com with your order number and shipping address.

After reviewing the carrier information, we will arrange a replacement shipment or another appropriate solution.

If an item arrives damaged, please send photos of the product and packaging as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

Shipping Fees and Taxes

Orders over US$30 receive free standard delivery.

Any paid upgraded delivery service or non-standard shipping option will be shown before payment.

Customers are not charged separate taxes or import fees by powerfracusa for eligible orders. Applicable charges included in our checkout arrangement are covered where required.

Carrier or government rules may require information from the recipient to complete delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Contact us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been dispatched.

A replacement shipment caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may require additional shipping charges where permitted by law.
